What this covers

This policy covers the corengram.ai website. Cortex product deployments are governed by the agreement under which they are provided, not this page.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you submit through the demo-request form: your name, email address, company, infrastructure size, and message. Submissions are stored as tickets in our own service-desk system and used solely to respond to your request. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

What we don't do

This site runs no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking pixels. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts and fetches four aggregate demo statistics from our own demo environment; neither request carries any information about you beyond the standard technical details of an HTTP request.

Retention and deletion

Demo-request tickets are retained while we have an active conversation with you and are periodically pruned afterward. To have your information corrected or deleted, email legal@corengram.ai and we will action it promptly.
